I’ve experienced many highs being in great shape but also so, so many lows where I gained tons of weight and was trapped in a body I didn't even feel like I knew anymore.
As someone who lives with 2 chronic health conditions (polycystic ovary syndrome and a neurological movement disorder), I truly know the value and benefits that living a wellness lifestyle can bring. I’ve learned my story isn’t that unique.
We all long to feel confident and comfortable in our own skin and to live our healthiest life, so why does it have to be SO DANG HARD?
