A health & fitness assessment is a consultation that measures your:

  • Muscle Strength & Endurance
  • Flexibility, balance, and mobility


This is the starting point for your roadmap to success and helps me to design a personalized program based on your goals and fitness level.

Personal & Small Group Training Sessions

Personal Training

 Customized 1:1 and small group workout sessions with a Certified Personal Trainer and your own in-home workout plan. Weekly workouts keep you on track, focused and motivated to help you and reach your health and wellness goals. Must have health & fitness consultation completed prior to your first  session.

Mobility Session

This personalized stretch & mobility session is designed for YOU. Stretching can improve mobility and range of motion while reducing pain and the chance of injury. During your mobility session, I'll guide you to improve your flexibility safely and effectively.
